Miami Design Shop worked with The Setai, South Beach to execute the fabrication and installation for JAPON in 2024, bringing a new layer of sculptural detail and refined cultural expression to one of Miami’s most iconic luxury properties.

Working from the design direction provided by The Setai, our team oversaw the entire build process — engineering, fabrication, finishing, and on-site installation — ensuring every custom element aligned with the hotel’s timeless aesthetic and elevated ambience.
