Miami Design Shop worked with The Setai, South Beach to execute the fabrication and installation for JAPON in 2024, bringing a new layer of sculptural detail and refined cultural expression to one of Miami’s most iconic luxury properties.

Working closely from the design direction provided by The Setai, South Beach, our team led the full technical realization of the project — from engineering and shop drawings to fabrication, finishing, and precise on-site installation. Every custom element was carefully crafted to complement the property’s signature balance of Asian-inspired architecture and Miami’s coastal elegance, ensuring the new installation integrated seamlessly into the hotel’s timeless atmosphere.
